<Cancellation Policy>
All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm in the property’s time zone (Japan Standard Time) 15 days prior to check in to receive 100% refund.
If cancellations are made between 14 days- 7days prior to check in, a 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged 50% of the total amount.
<Payment>
Full amount can be paid with credit cards.
If you prefer to pay cash in person, the deposit of 10% will be charged with your credit card and the remaineder balance will be collected when checking in.

The Japan Standard consumption rate of 10%
