​Check-in / Check-out

Check in instructions will be sent two days prior to check in.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Early/late check-out is subject to availability. Please contact us if needed

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm (Japan Standard Time) 

• -15 days prior to check in will receive 100% refund

• 7 days prior to check in will receive 80% refund

• Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged 50 =% of the total amount.

Noise & Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• No loud music, shouting, or disturbances that may affect neighbors.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit

• Evidence of smoking (odors, ashes, burn marks) will result in a cleaning fee of ¥30,000

​

Security Cameras

For the safety of all guests, exterior security cameras monitor the hallway and building entrance.

• No cameras are located inside the unit.

• Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind

• Drug use or illegal activities

​

Safety & Building Rules

• Do not leave the entrance door or balcony door unlocked.

• Keep noise low in hallways.

• Do not disturb neighbors 

• Follow all posted building rules and emergency procedures.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including:

• Broken furniture

• Lost keys (replacement fee: ¥5,000

• Damage to walls, flooring, or appliances

• Smoking-related damage​

Occupancy Limit

• Maximum occupancy depended on 

• Overcapacity without approval will result in cancellation with no refund.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

• Unauthorized pets may incur deep cleaning or allergy treatment fees.

Emergency Contacts

• Call 119 for fire or medical emergencies.

• For building emergencies (water leak, power issue), contact host immediately.
